After I wathced Simon Sinek has a simple but powerful model for inspirational leadership, I want to share his idea with you.
If doing a person's action answer why question, this situation makes him different from others because people don't care what he does; people care why he does it. In order to insprire people, leaders have reasons so leaders beat from others to it and they all think, act and communicate the exact same way. Therefore, they complete their works.
Simon Sinek codified Golden Circle which reflects WHAT, HOW and WHY questions. That is, Each one represents different view. For instance, when people answer how they do, they use their feeling or limbic brains.
